Celebrate the Life
Cremation families understand the importance of not dwelling on the death of a person, but rather Celebrating the Life. Everyone has a different story to tell in how they lived their life, and planning a cremation tribute, can help friends, co-workers, neighbors and of course family, share and celebrate a life that was unique.
Cremation Options
We have found that many families are not aware of what their options are when it comes to cremation. Cremation offers you a many different choices for honoring your loved one.
- Public or Private Visitations - A time to say goodbye for friends and family, in a peaceful private setting. You can write a letter, place a photograph or leave a favorite keepsake with your loved one.
- Cremation Funeral Service - A funeral service denotes the physical presence of the body. This would occur whether you choose ground burial or cremation after the service. A funeral service may be held in our chapel, at your church, or at another venue of your choice. A funeral service may contain opening prayers and/or remarks by clergy or someone you designate to preside. It may also include special music, video presentation, readings, poems, eulogies and/or prayers. The funeral service can conclude with either ground burial at a local cemetery or cremation at our on-site crematory.
- Memorial or Celebration of Life Service - Cremation memorial or Life Celebration services also offer unique options such as Tribute DVD's, special music, giving friends and family an opportunity to share stories and even offer a small gift to families as they leave (we gave out golf tees one time to everyone that attended in memory of the person, who was an avid golfer). Families can choose to have the urn present with a portrait next to it, or have no urn present. If you are not affiliated with a local church or parish, our staff is prepared to help you obtain a pastor or chaplain to preside at your service.
